Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to support young learners in an elementary school setting, working specifically with PreK students aged 3 to 5 years old. The position is a contract role lasting for the Extended School Year (ESY) session, from July 8 through August 15. The role is based in Brooklyn, NY, and requires candidates to be fully COVID vaccinated.

Key Qualifications and Experience :

• Certification or licensure in Special Education
• Experience working with PreK students, ideally aged 3-5 years
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• COVID vaccination compliance
