Job Summary : The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) provides clinical leadership, oversight, and coordination of all medical services. As a member of the executive team, the CMO ensures high standards of care, safety, and compliance, while contributing to strategic planning and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience
- Minimum 3 years in medical leadership or administration
- Experience in primary care, community health, or tribal healthcare preferred
- Proficiency in EHR systems and data analytics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to health equity and cultural humility
