Schedule :  Full-Time | Outpatient | No Weekends | No On-Call

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience
• Passion for inclusive, affirming, patient-centered care
• Comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary teams (behavioral health, care coordination, etc.)
• Enthusiastic about innovation, growth, and community impact
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (preferred)
