Job description

Physical Therapist Leadership Opportunity

Houston, TX Metro (NE)

Position Highlights :

  • Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
  • No routine weekend call; limited inpatient coverage as needed
  • PT department located in-hospital with a private treatment room
  • Modern open gym, and outdoor space
  • Collaborative team environment with strong administrative support
  • Supportive hospital leadership
  • Non-corporate setting focused on community and quality care
  • Opportunity to lead and shape the PT program
  • CE and certification reimbursement

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Up to $115,000 base salary
  • $7,500 sign-on / relocation bonus
  • Health insurance, Supplemental coverage, 50% discount on hospital services, $50K life insurance fully covered
  • 4 weeks PTO annually
  • CE / certification reimbursement
  • Eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs

    • Qualifications :

  • DPT preferred
  • Must be licensed or license-eligible in Texas
  • Outpatient & inpatient therapy
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and team collaboration
