Logistics & Shipping Manager Join Our Global Supply Chain Team!

Are you a results-driven logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment? We're looking for a Logistics & Shipping Manager to lead our shipping, traffic, and inventory control operations across multiple facilities. Reporting to the Global Supply Chain Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goodsboth domestically and internationally.

In this role, you will : Lead logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service operations. Drive efficiency and accuracy in outbound shipping schedules and inventory control. Negotiate and manage domestic & international freight agreements. Mentor and develop a high-performing warehouse team. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and ISO standards. Partner with planning, quality, and production teams to optimize supply chain performance. Implement process improvements that save costs and boost productivity.

What We're Looking For :

• Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics (or 10+ years' proven experience).
• Solid background in domestic and international logistics management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems (Epicor a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
