The Senior Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for driving strategic technology initiatives across BPO operations, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services, infrastructure, and platforms that support business process outsourcing engagements. This role combines deep technical expertise, vendor and stakeholder management, and operational leadership to optimize service delivery, enhance client satisfaction, and enable digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, automation, cloud technologies, and global delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT solutions that support BPO operations across multiple geographies.
• Oversee infrastructure, application, and service delivery to ensure high availability, scalability, and compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams to align technology strategies with operational goals.
• Drive automation, AI / ML integration, and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management practices across all BPO technology platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of complex technology projects, including migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to BPO environments.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home / Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position / job.

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel : While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$106,900 - $147,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
