Training : On-site at 25 Market St.
Education : 2-year college degree or equivalent technical study (preferred)
Summary
- The Helpdesk Coordinator will support and troubleshoot Microsoft applications, provide first-level technical assistance, and communicate effectively with end users. The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to explain technical issues clearly, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while adhering to established IT policies and procedures.

Maintain a thorough working knowledge of daily operations, tools, and applicationsFollow all Help Desk and IT Operations proceduresLog all incoming issues, requests, and actions taken to resolve themProvide first-response technical support to customers and usersSupport site operations and project-specific assignmentsTroubleshoot and resolve technical problems; fulfill user requestsSupport Client business applicationsProvide timely follow-up and status updates to end users based on support policiesEnsure all closed issues are thoroughly documentedRequired Skills :
