Role Summary :

Our Client is on the lookout for a Machine Learning Engineer who is ready to contribute to the advancement of AI data applications remotely. In this pivotal role, you will enhance the functionality of the AI platform by blending your expertise in machine learning, data engineering, and software development. You will be instrumental in upgrading platforms, creating dynamic dashboards, improving data access efficiency, and collaborating with key stakeholders to refine product offerings.

Responsibilities :

Lead initiatives for platform upgrades to ensure continuous innovation and effectiveness.
Create dynamic dashboards utilizing the Virtualitics AI Platform Python SDK.
Enhance AI solutions by optimizing data access patterns.
Diagnose and resolve runtime performance issues to maintain application stability.
Design scalable applications in line with current technological trends.
Work closely with Technical Product Managers to drive improvements in usability.

Essential Skills & Experience :

A degree in Computer Science or a related field; OR, 4+ years of software engineering experience.

Advanced proficiency in Python and the Python Data Stack (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch, Matplotlib, etc.).

Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, along with version control using Git.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive ownership mentality.

Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Desirable Skills & Experience :

Previous experience in a Machine Learning Engineering capacity.

Knowledge in areas such as Predictive Maintenance and Cyber Analytics.

Understanding of task schedulers and web application development stacks.
