A company is looking for a Director of Federal Operations and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary operations advisor to senior sales leaders, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making
Drive annual and quarterly sales planning cycles, including territory planning and quota / goal setting
Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement scalable, data-backed solutions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Federal Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or related fields
Proven ability to influence strategic decisions as a trusted advisor to senior executives
Expertise in forecasting, pipeline analysis, and sales productivity measurement for Federal sales
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM, and advanced Excel / Google Sheets
Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments preferred
