Job descriptionConduct History of Present Illness (HPI) assessments and physical examinations. Diagnose and create individualized treatment plans for patients. Prescribe medications in accordance with New York State laws and guidelines. Perform minor surgical procedures. Generate referrals for specialized care when needed. Position Overview :
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) needed at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Medina, NY.
Schedule :
- Monday - Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
- Thursday : 8 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM
- Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
You will work alongside one other FNP and collaborate with MD / DO in a team-based approach to patient care.
