40 MILE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL CANDIDATES

Contract Length : 9 weeks MUST END 2 / 1

Start Date : ASAP

Float Requirements : Floating between both Deaconess Gateway & Deaconess Midtown (Evansville, IN) - 8 miles apart. Usually assigned to one campus or the other based on skillset, must be open to both.

On Call / Call-Back : On call 1x / week and every 6th weekend. 30 minute response time.

Weeknight call starts after shift to following morning. Weekend call starts Friday after shift to Monday at 0700

Weekend / Holiday : As Scheduled

Required Certifications Attached upon Submittal : NBSTSA CST credentials AHA BLS

Minimum Experience : at least 1 year CST in OR; 1 previous Travel assignment completed required

Charting / Equipment : EPIC Preferred

Unit Specific Skillset : MUST HAVE STRONG SKILLSET IN THESE AREAS : Neuro / Ortho / Vascular.

Unit Information : OR 2 campuses. Level II Trauma Center, 30 OR Suites.

Shift Requirements : 5x8 Days Schedule - Start time
