• Vehicle for assignment
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC charting system

Description :

This is a 24-week assignment for a Case Manager.

First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

The contract must continue into January, with the earliest end date in January.

Travelers may request standard and / or holiday time off, but approval is at the client's discretion.

The position may float between units based on unit needs.

On-call duty is not required.

Every other weekend work is required.

Floating between facilities may occur based on skill sets.

Compliance with floating requests is necessary, or it may lead to contract termination.

A vehicle is mandatory for this assignment.

Travelers assigned to certain facilities may receive an incentive for floating.

Specific requirements and conditions will be communicated at the time of assignment.

Candidates must commit to working at least three of the five major holidays.

References will be required during the compliance process.

All requests for time off must be made upfront during submission.

Flexibility within the contracted schedule is expected.
