Lead Security Officer
The Lead Security Officer provides daily oversight and operational support for all security services at Northern Light Blue Hill Hospital. This role is responsible for the development, mentorship, and evaluation of security staff, ensuring high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service. The Lead Officer plays a key role in scheduling, training, performance management, and process improvement initiatives, while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
