Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist (Remote US) role at Abe. Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team.
This role has a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing in support of a boutique agency within Directive
- Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Responsible for personal productivity and utilization
- Work with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are achieved
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships and professional network
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
4+ years experience in a performance / digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clientsDeep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn AdsUnderstanding of LinkedIn Ad Units such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV and moreProficiency with advertising platforms / tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and moreAbility to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint successStrong understanding of Paid principles : keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimizationAbility to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platformsAbility to drive results and measure via OCTExperience with audience segmentation by tier, job title etc.Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accountsAbility to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with dataProblem solver with a competitive and curious mindsetAdvanced interest in staying at the cutting edge of the industryAbility to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyQuality-focused with passion for advertisingTravel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client or as neededWhat Success Looks Like

As a remote-first company, you’ll be able to work from anywhere in the US, with optional offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available where we have established businesses (Canada, the UK, Australia). You must have work authorization and reside in the country for global locations.
