Job descriptionStrong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience. Five years of aggregates operations management experience. Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations. Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams. Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification. Fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Exposure to outdoor elements and varying weather conditions. Collaborative team setting with opportunities for growth and development. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, and climbing. Exposure to loud noises and dusty environments. Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment. Competitive base salary $84,730-$112,970 and participation in our annual incentive plan. 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions. Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the rock quarry in Bridgeport, Texas to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Achieve a production volume of 3.8 million tons per year while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize production and meet quality standards.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.
