We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Clients team as a Grosser. for 3rd shift In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the accurate handling and processing of surgical specimens, ensuring the integrity and proper identification of each sample.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure correct accessioning and labeling of specimens.
• Conduct gross examination and dissection of received specimens.
• Document gross anatomical features of routine surgical specimens with precision, noting all relevant details.
• Analyze clinical data to determine necessary pathological examinations.
• Provide clear and thorough dictation of findings.
• Select appropriate tissue samples for slide preparation, including photographic documentation when necessary.
• Escalate complex specimens to higher-level professionals as required.
• Maintain the laboratory's cleanliness and comply with OSHA safety standards.
• Handle biohazardous materials safely and participate in safety training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with clients.
• Adapt to overtime, on-call duties, or schedule changes as needed.

Qualifications :

Preferred Experience :

Compensation : $40.00 to $60.00 per hour, depending on experience and location.
