Non-profit Tax Accountant

We're looking for a CPA to serve on our finance committee to help with budgeting procedures, etc. We want to ensure financial health and stability, analyze financial data, and make decisions based on the nonprofit’s unique financial position of the organization.

This is a volunteer opportunity.

Desired Skills and Experience

This position requires the following skills : Accounting, Bookkeeping, Budgeting, Cost Analysis, Financial Auditing, Financial Planning which includes but not limited to following tasks :

Reviewing all of our organization’s accounts.

Balancing transactions

Compiling financial statements

Preparing for Audits

Filing tax forms

Analyzing operating budgets.

Maintaining compliance with GAAP standards.
