Job descriptionMust be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license and safe driving record Highly self-motivated and results oriented with the ability to set priorities and be attentive to details Good math skills Ability and willingness to work flexible hours Ability to work in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Physical requirements include : Repetitive bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, pulling / pushing up to 250 pounds on a two-wheeler Prior warehousing preferred Forklift Operator Certification High school diploma or GED certificate required

Responsibilities (will include but are not limited to the following)
- Operate a gas or electric powered forklift to load, unload, move and stack materials and products
- Follow work orders to compile accurate product loads for delivery
- Safely store product in specific locations as instructed
- Safely stack products from pallets, trays, racks, shelves, etc.
- Securely load product on delivery vehicles
- Daily track and report units moved and handled
- Safety awareness and prevention is the duty of all employees. As an employee of Eagle Distributing, it is incumbent of you to think safe, be safe, act safe and be aware of all situations that could put safety in jeopardy to any employee or our customers. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on company vehicles. Follow all traffic laws, ordinances and regulations of Local, State, Federal and Company.
