Known for our scratch-made meatballs, hand-rolled pastas, and bold Italian flavors, we’re bringing our signature hospitality to San Antonio —and we’re looking for passionate Servers to join our grand opening team .

What You’ll Do as a Server

Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth, speed, and personality

Guide guests through our food and drink menus and offer thoughtful recommendations

Accurately take and enter orders into POS and communicate clearly with BOH staff

Ensure cleanliness and setup of dining areas, side stations, and service zones

Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues quickly and professionally

Uphold all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards

Collaborate with your team to create a seamless, memorable guest experience

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred

Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest interactions

Positive attitude, great communication skills, and team spirit

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays required
