Supports the program director by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating both the academic and operational activities of the program.

Major / Essential Functions

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations of the Pediatric Residency Program in compliance with ACGME and institutional requirements.
  • Serve as the primary administrative liaison between residents, faculty, program leadership, and GME office.
  • Support resident recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate resident files, schedules, evaluations, and program data within ACGME and institutional systems.
  • Assist with accreditation activities, including preparation for ACGME reviews, annual program updates, and documentation audits.
  • Coordinate educational conferences, meetings, and program events, including scheduling, materials, and attendance tracking.
  • Support leadership with reporting, data tracking, and administrative tasks.
  • Performs related duties, projects, and tasks as necessary to support the team.
