Sea Sea Riders, a Dunedin staple for 37 years, is looking for a talented and motivated  Sous Chef  to join our culinary team. We’re a family-owned, coastal-inspired restaurant known for fresh seafood, classic comfort dishes, and warm hospitality. If you’re passionate about food, leadership, and creating memorable dining experiences, we’d love to hear from you!

Position :  Sous Chef

Schedule :  5 days per week (consistent schedule, closed Mondays)

Location :  Downtown Dunedin, FL

What You’ll Do :

• Work closely with our Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Assist with menu execution, specials, and seasonal features
• Ensure proper food safety, cleanliness, and organization in all areas of the kitchen
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Lead by example in maintaining a positive and professional kitchen environment
