Compensation :

100,000 to 145,000 dollars base salary plus bonus and excellent corporate benefits

Project Manager / Transformation Analyst Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage key Finance and cross-functional projects from planning through execution

Identify project dependencies, risks, and blockers, and work to proactively resolve them

Establish clear communication plans, project timelines, and milestones

Drive adoption of project management best practices across teams

Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful delivery

Track progress, report status updates, and ensure timely execution

Project Manager / Transformation Analyst What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of project management experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred

PMP, MPM, BPM, or similar certification strongly preferred

Prior experience working with Finance or Accounting teams is a plus

Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail

Skilled at identifying risks, allocating resources, and keeping projects on schedule

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
