Responsibilities

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and achieving daily sales targets.

What You’ll Do (Continued)

  • Schedule will vary weekly with a minimum of 12-16 hours per week
  • Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays
  • During peak periods, hours will increase to support business needs

    • Qualifications

  • Education : High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience : At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
  • Supervisor / Managerial experience : Not required

  • The starting rate for this position is $19.25 per hour (recruiting pay range $19.25 - $19.25 per hour); this rate may be modified in the future
