CDL Class A Driver

CDL-A Driver | $1,350-$1,450 Weekly | Salt Lake City, UT 84101

Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast, and we're adding experienced CDL-A drivers to our regional fleet. You'll run consistent lanes Monday through Friday and be home every weekend with a guaranteed 48-hour reset.

Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450, paid every Friday by direct deposit | Extra Pay: Detention, layovers, breakdowns, plus transition pay during your first weeks

Running Area: Regional lanes cover the Northeast and portions of the Midwest. Most runs average around 250 miles, keeping you productive without excessive road time. Roughly half of all assignments are drop and hook operations, minimizing dock delays. All freight is non-touch, so you're driving and managing logistics.

Home Time: Work Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off | The schedule stays consistent week to week, so you can plan your personal life without last-minute changes

Your Truck: Late-model 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia assigned to you | No slip seating | Double bunks, SiriusXM, 24-inch HD TV, full refrigerator, battery-powered APU, 1,500-watt inverter

Health Coverage: Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance | Delta Dental coverage | 401(k) with company matching after 60 days | Paid vacation and holidays once established

Family Friendly: Rider program for passengers 13 and older at minimal weekly cost | Dogs of any breed or size welcome at no charge

Orientation: Two and a half days at our Pennsylvania facility | Lodging, meals, and travel covered | $250 completion payment | Training covers safety standards, operational procedures, and route familiarization

Equipment: Each CDL-A driver gets equipment that's maintained on schedule and spec'd for long-haul comfort. Climate-controlled sleeper, entertainment systems, refrigeration, and power for personal electronics come standard.

Requirements: Valid CDL-A license and minimum one year of documented over-the-road experience | We're hiring professional CDL-A drivers who understand the work and want to drive for a carrier that operates with integrity
