Manager, Provider Enrollment

Location :

• Dania, FL; Onsite This Role : The Manager will supervise the day-to-day responsibilities for the Provider Enrollment Department workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy of work.
• This position is client-facing and will manage the day-to-day processes of the staff.

Ability to implement and use multiple system applications and strive for process improvement in a busy, multi-client office Must possess the proven ability to build a  knowledgeable staff to maintain strong client / provider relationships and comprehend and communicate contract information Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required for daily use Ability to handle client and provider information discreetly and confidentially Ability to organize information with a strong attention to detail Ability to build and maintain strong client / provider relationships Ability to comprehend and communicate contract information Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations Preferred :
