Our client, an AM Law 50 firm, is looking to hire a Document Services Operator at their offices in Los Angeles, CA 90067. This is a full time, direct hire role paying an annual salary of $95K to $105K plus a performance-based bonus and excellent benefits package. The position will allow for remote work one day a week.

Our client is looking for a highly skilled, FT document-processing operator joining the global Document Services Team Monday-Friday, 9 : 30 AM-5 : 30 PM (Pacific Time).  This team member will be the first Document Services Operator located in Los Angeles and will work closely with the New York DS team on global documents via Service Now but will prioritize local work for the internal clients in the LA office.

Responsibilities :

• Processes and troubleshoots documents in Word 2016, Excel 2016, PowerPoint 2016 and Visio 2016, often using advanced tools and collateral software to complete tasks.  Specifically :
• DocXtools
• Best Authority
• OmniPage Pro
• Contract Companion
• Kofax Power PDF
• Creates and edits forms using Adobe Acrobat DC.
• Completes and returns assigned work to supervisory staff in a timely fashion, particularly jobs having strict deadlines.
• Collaborates in a team environment to complete complex projects.
• Works directly with attorneys on assignments.
