Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

McNally Industries, LLC in Grantsburg, WI is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer . This individual will support manufacturing by developing detailed manufacturing methods for processing complex machined parts for the Department of Defense.

Essential Duties and Qualificat i ons Include :

• Develops detailed manufacturing methods.
• Designs and / or selects tooling and fixturing needs.
• Initiates Quality Planning activities.
• Supports estimating activities.
• Initiates material planning activities.
• Controls outside vendor processes.
• Acts as Project Manager for assigned projects.
• Implements and / or initiates process improvements and supports lean initiatives.
• Ensure compliance to applicable solicitation and contractual requirements.
• Helps train engineers, machinists and other employees as necessary.
• Perform other tasks as requested or required to support the needs of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS :
