POSITION SUMMARY: Casino Entertainment Dealer provides outstanding service to create lasting and favorable memories. This position executes the company's core service standards, brand attributes, and initiatives. Job functions include providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service while dealing with multiple games and providing all other supporting services. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices, and procedures.

• Provide excellent service consistent with the property's core service standards and brand attributes
• Host live-streamed casino sessions, interacting with GUESTS in a friendly, professional, and entertaining manner.
• Maintain a polished on-camera presence, including appearance, demeanor, and body language.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, clearly explaining game rules, bets, and outcomes.
• Greet and welcome guests, establish rapport, and provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes, and adhering to guest requests
• Handle transactions for "buy-ins", payoffs, and markers
• Deal multiple games, including Baccarat and Single Zero (European) Roulette.
• Take losing bets and pay winning bets following the rules and procedures

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience and ensures efficient operations
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere by interacting, engaging, entertaining, and inspiring guest service and create positive, memorable, and efficient guest interactions
• Proactively greets guests within the gaming environment, identifying needs and fulfilling them appropriately
• Directing guests as appropriate to minimize waiting times
• Actively identifies, acknowledges, diagnoses, and resolves guest concerns following service recovery protocols
• Enthusiastically promotes features and benefits of Plaza Rewards, venues, and outlets
• Maintains comprehensive and accurate knowledge of groups, events, amenities, outlets, and general information, and proactively resolves any guest issue that arises, including the coordination of departmental assistance when necessary
• Exceeds standards for personal appearance and is always well-groomed
• Verify fills and credits to the game
• Maintain general property knowledge
• Perform all duties while providing maximum game protection
• Notify supervisor/manager of any suspicious or unusual activity and/or transactions in a timely and responsible manner
• Responsible for the operations of table games on an assigned shift
• Displays a working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods, and procedures covering each
• Assured that all coins and check racks are always filled
• Remains alert to any unusual activities being displayed by any Table Games employee or gaming guest and reports any situation to the assigned superior
• Observes problems or differences between Table Games employees and gaming guests and assists if necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Required:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least 2-years of gaming experience
• The ability to deal with at least four different types of table games, including Baccarat and Single Zero (European) Roulette.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Gaming Registration
• Standing for long periods of time may be required
• Adheres to appropriate gaming regulations, policies, and procedures
• A highly motivated and energetic personality
• Can take initiative and exhibit flexibility
• Excellent customer service skills
• Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
• Ability to pass an audition and interview
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to learn how to deal with additional games
• Comfortable and confident performing live on camera.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain a diverse audience.

Preferred:

• At least 2-years of experience as a Dealer
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a similar gaming setting

• Gaming License

WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS:

• Must be able to work flexible hours

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have the physical ability to access all areas of the facility; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects; withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, lifting, and carrying items weighing at least 50 lbs. without restriction.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure; work indoors and outdoors, as well as being exposed to hot/cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors.
• Most work tasks are performed indoors; however, there are events where outdoor activities are required. Indoor temperatures are moderate and controlled by internal environmental systems.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy, and noisy environment.
