• Position Summary :

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking

• Construction Laborers and / or Carpenters
• to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a solid understanding of construction practices, and experience with carpentry, framing, or general labor duties. This position supports a variety of commercial construction projects and requires reliability, safety awareness, and a team-first attitude.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Perform general construction labor tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and basic demolition
• Assist carpenters with framing, trim work, drywall, siding, and other rough or finish carpentry tasks
• Safely operate hand and power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.)
• Measure, cut, and install wood and other building materials according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints or follow verbal instructions from foremen and project managers
• Load and unload materials and tools to and from job sites
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
• Qualifications :
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of experience in construction or carpentry preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic understanding of construction safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Additional Preferred Skills (Not Required) :
• Experience in commercial construction
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $14.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours : No more than 40 per week

Schedule :

• Monday to Friday

• Driver's License (Preferred)
