We are currently hiring SAFETY (Door) MONITORS for our YOUTHCOR division at MULTIPLE LOCATIONS in Philadelphia.

This position is for our Thurgood Marshall location at 5120 N. 6th Street, Philadelphia, 19120.

SCHEDULE : Monday to Friday : 3 : 30pm-6 : 00pm (12.5 hours / week)

START DATE : September 2, 2025

PAY RATE : $18.00 per hour

In addition, as a Safety Door Monitor your duties will include :

• Maintain a presence at the main entry / exit location of the OST program.
• Operate entrance system to allow access to approved OST guardians and / or staff.
• Monitor sign-in / sign out procedures, verifying guardian identification as it pertains to OST pick up policies and procedures; call classroom leader to release appropriate student.
• Quickly respond to situations at a moment’s notice and notify the appropriate parties.
• Over time, become familiar with the overall pick up flow, patterns, and individuals in order to detect unusual situations.
• Remain vigilant to ensure a safe environment for the program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Out of School Time (OST) Supervisor, as needed
