A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II to manage customer relationships and drive successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage a portfolio of business across assigned territories and develop proactive customer support strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and contribute to revenue growth
Analyze customer feedback and success metrics to provide insights for product strategy and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Customer Success
Strong understanding of the K12 education competitive landscape
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and targets
Experience in a SaaS education company is a plus
