Job Description
The Assistant Manager position is very dynamic. The Assistant Manager is responsible for increasing our sales results, developing strategies to improve the customer experience, coordinating operations, and leading a team of employees. The Assistant Manager keeps an eye on our business processes, opens and closes the store, and ensures everything runs smoothly. The Assistant Manager is responsible for updating the collection, providing styling tips, and having comprehensive product knowledge. Additionally, the Assistant Manager is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing store personnel. It is expected that the Assistant Manager brings their best every day to create a sense of belonging for their team and customers. With our philosophy of promotion from within, our Assistant Managers have the opportunity to develop into the future leaders of our store's organization. Your tasks include customer service, sales management and analysis, OMNI-Channel fulfillment, store presentation, and sales floor supervision, store and stockroom operations, staffing, scheduling, and payroll management, training and development, and communication and asset protection.
Qualifications
Your qualifications include a college degree from a recognized university or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role, CEFR B2 fluency in English and German, strong problem-solving skills, inclusion and diversity awareness, ability to show up in a fast-paced and challenging environment, team building skills, self-starter, drive to achieve results, multi-tasking, fashion interest and knowledge.
