We are a dynamic and growing practice seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our Brooklyn office. While the primary focus of this position is real estate transactions, candidates with matrimonial / family law experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as cross-departmental support will be needed.

Administrative Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys with residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Draft and review real estate documents including contracts of sale, deeds, transfer documents, closing statements, and title / survey reviews.
• Coordinate closings with lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel.
• Manage due diligence processes and monitor contract timelines.
• Order and review title reports, coordinate clearance of title issues.
• Organize and manage closing binders and post-closing documentation.
• Maintain internal case files and document management systems.
• Perform e-filings and handle court submissions as needed (state and federal).
• Support family / matrimonial law matters, including document drafting, discovery, and calendaring deadlines.
• Communicate directly with clients, lenders, and third parties in a professional manner.
• Maintain and manage attorney calendars, coordinate meetings, and track critical dates.

Salary Range : $60k-$75k
