Brand Manager
This position establishes and implements the strategic direction of the brand at corporate, product, and store levels. It ensures brand consistency by directing content related to private label products to drive sales, improve margins, and increase customer loyalty. The role supports the Director of Private Label Marketing in collaborating with core merchandising teams, brand planning, digital, packaging creative, and production resources to achieve category goals and ensure timely execution of marketing and brand projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead branding initiatives aligned with corporate and private label goals.
- Collaborate with merchant partners on merchandising strategies informed by customer behavior data, including pricing, digital experience, category reviews, shopper insights, and vendor partnerships.
- Provide coaching and leadership to private label brand leaders to build expertise and achieve business objectives.
- Elevate brand awareness and maintain a consistent, positive brand image.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure brand voice consistency across all creative outputs.
- Drive adherence to brand guidelines and principles across categories.
- Create, manage, and communicate brand resource materials.
- Oversee the translation of brand strategy into packaging design for private label products.
- Manage marketing spend and deliver results for assigned brand areas.
- Provide brand briefs and guidance for marketing projects.
- Facilitate approval processes for brand-related projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand promise.
- Lead and manage project timelines and facilitate regular team and project meetings.
- Create status reports to ensure proactive communication and updates with stakeholders and leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.5+ years of management experience preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities.EEO Employer
