A company is looking for an AI Integration Engineer - ServiceNow / Workday.

Key Responsibilities

Lead deployment and configuration of ServiceNow / Workday connectors

Translate HR / IT / Facilities use cases into scalable connector solutions

Troubleshoot escalations end-to-end and optimize performance and resilience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

4+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow or Workday integrations

Strong understanding of cloud architectures and enterprise integration patterns

Deep knowledge of authentication / authorization protocols

2+ years with conversational AI / agent platforms or extensibility frameworks
