About The Position

Ready for an exciting neurosurgery opportunity that combines excellent pay with a scenic work environment? We’re seeking a  Board-Certified Neurosurgeon  for a hospital-based 24-hour call position in  Petoskey, Michigan  — where the beauty of the Great Lakes meets world-class medical care.

$4,000 per 24-hour call

Comprehensive malpractice coverage

Located in picturesque Petoskey, MI

🧠  The Role :

24-hour hospital-based call coverage

Daily inpatient rounding (5–10 patients)

Emergent neurosurgery + surgical admits

Must perform  both spinal and cranial procedures

Work with a skilled team including 1 Neurosurgeon, 1 Ortho-Spine Surgeon & experienced APPs

All imaging, labs, OR, and procedure rooms on-site

EMR :  Cerner

✅  What We’re Looking For :

Board Certified in Neurosurgery

Active MI license

ACLS certified

Minimum 2–3 years of post-fellowship experience

Clean background (minor malpractice acceptable)

Fully capable in  cranial & spinal surgeries

📅  Comp & Logistics :

Orientation :  Paid

• Holiday + Call back rates

Weekend Call :  Paid per 24 hours (includes 4 gratis hours)
