Compliance Program Specialist
The Compliance Program Specialist supports the organizations full compliance program, serving as both project manager and analytics lead. This role manages policy systems, coordinates compliance committees, monitors training and project metrics, and supports audits and continuous improvement efforts. The Specialist ensures accurate policy lifecycles, clear communication, strong documentation, and effective cross-department collaboration.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field OR 5+ years experience in administrative, compliance, or project coordination roles
- Experience with policy management systems, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization, and project-tracking skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Valid drivers license, insurable driving record, and ability to travel as needed
- Commitment to HIPAA, ethics, and infection control standards
Key Responsibilities :
Administer policy repository system (e.g., PolicyStat)Manage full policy lifecycle, review schedules, and approvalsCoordinate compliance-related committees; prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-upsTrack compliance training completion rates and project metricsCompile and analyze hotline, breach, CAP, and policy dataPrepare dashboards, reports, and communications (alerts, newsletters, recaps)Support internal / external audits and compliance system use (e.g., NAVEX, Tracers with AMP)Maintain professional communication and cross-department collaborationBenefits :
