Responsibilities :
Oversees the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing the customerWorks with parts manager to locate any parts not in stockCompletes special order parts requests for any parts that need to be ordered for the customerCommunicates with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notifies them upon delivery to the dealershipPerforms other duties as assignedServes as backup to stocking clerk as necessaryCommunicates with staff and customers in a friendly and professional mannerMust follow all company safety policies and proceduresUnderstands and follows federal, state and local regulations applicable to industryRequirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience with auto parts salesPeople focused and strives to provide great customer serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsProfessional appearance and strong work ethicProficient computer skillsValid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record
