About The Role

We're seeking an Outside Sales Representative with a true hunter mentality to join a growing team in the insulation accessories distribution space. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, targeting, and closing new business while nurturing strategic relationships with key accounts. You'll spend approximately 70% of your time traveling within your territory-meeting clients, attending industry events, and generating leads.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insulation industry
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industrial clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers
• Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure top-tier support
• Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and networking events
