A Sales Account Manager is the primary technical, sales, and service contact for our diverse group of customers. Working in a fast-paced environment to solve both commercial and technical problems. The role can be targeted at growing existing customers and / or generating new business opportunities. Other tasks can / will include estimating, problem resolution, customer discovery, and proposal development while working alongside a team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen of Scot Forge and manufacturing, willingness to learn, a desire to grow and advance their career as either an individual contributor or as a team leader. This role is developmental in nature and will provide opportunities for growth in technical and business understanding as well as other responsibilities. This position will work in our corporate offices with our sales department; travel to customers or supporting trade shows will also be required.
