Senior Structural Bridge Engineer

Join our employee-owned team as a Transportation Structural Project Engineer ! Lead bridge and transportation structure projects, manage budgets and schedules, and provide technical guidance to design engineers. Work closely with clients, subconsultants, and your project team to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient designs.

Responsibilities :

• Design new and rehabilitation bridge projects (steel, reinforced, prestressed concrete)
• Lead and mentor engineers and drafting staff
• Manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules
• Prepare bid documents and oversee construction phase services
• Build and maintain client relationships
