Supervisor - Client Accounting

Job Description

Our client, a professional services firm located up in the Galleria area has an immediate need for a Client Accounting Supervisor. This is a permanent position with a well-established company and the reason for the opening is due to growth, this is a new position.

In this role, you will perform monthly accounting services for clients ranging from sole proprietors to well-established businesses. you will prepare financial statements, account reconciliations, multi-state tax returns, and perform financial planning. You will have oversight of all outsourced client accounting engagements, including supervision of staff. If you have a base in public accounting and have experience with client accounting then this may be just the opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate should be able to work well without supervision and be able to oversee and supervise a group of bookkeepers and staff. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks and good verbal and written communication skills are required.
