Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of mitigation operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to a diverse team, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize expertise in the mitigation industry to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of mitigation processes, equipment, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

  • Pay : $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

    Experience :

  • Fire restoration : 1 year (Required)
  • Water damage restoration : 1 year (Required)

  • Compensation : $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
