Rodeo is seeking hardworking and reliable Cultivation Helpers to join our team at our Morris, Connecticut outdoor farm. This is a Seasonal Full-Time opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cannabis cultivation and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is a great way to earn some XTRA cash!!
Position : Cultivation Helper
Location : Morris, CT, Schedule : Monday–Saturday.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with daily cultivation activities, including planting, trellising, pruning, and harvesting
- Hanging plants, and processing finished material
- Perform regular plant inspections and quality checks
- Load and transport harvested material
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow all compliance and safety procedures
- Landscaping and field maintenance
