As a Business Center Assistant Manager within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Boulder, CO. Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

As a Business Center Assistant Manager, you will be accountable for the operational soundness of the branch and team, specifically the maintenance of security procedures, ensuring audit controls are followed and the support and adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines. You will manage service and operational aspects of a Branch & Business Center branch. You will build a high performing team through the attraction, on-boarding, coaching and development of branch team members. You will lead through influence and impact a broad range of eco-system partners in an omni channel environment. You will drive revenue and loyalty through proactive interactions with clients.

You will provide solutions and advice to improve client financial well-being. You will lead effective problem resolution.

You will foster a positive working environment that facilitates exceptional service and expanding profitable customer relationships. You will grow branch revenue through acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households. You will consistently inspect, support and coach the branded sales process to proactively achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.

You will drive the employee engagement experience. You will be responsible for acquiring and retaining talent through the training, coaching and development of employees with a focus on bank protocol, operational processes, policies and procedures. You will coach employees to achieve performance and activity expectations. You will lead the performance management process for direct reports.

You will be responsible for the Branch & Business Center risk process through proper oversight and adherence to regulatory, security and audit requirements. You will train and coach team members with operational / risk activities and monitor adherence to policies and procedures. You will exercise sound decision making to identify and mitigate potential risk. You will manage operational, human capital, reputational and business risk through adherence to established policies and procedures.

Pay Transparency : Base Salary : $42,550.00 $86,250.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
