Hello, Mini-Cassia Care Center in Burley, ID is actively looking to hire a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing.

Job Description :
Assist the Director of Nursing with :
- Active management of clinical systems
- Nursing staff scheduling, interviewing, hiring / firing
- Team building, morale building, motivating the clinical team to provide the finest patient care
- Assist with development / maintenance of nursing programs and activities
- Complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charts, etc.
- Any additional functions as directed by the DON
