Senior Accountant

We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our global finance team and play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, scalable processes, and strong collaboration across borders.
Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle accounting for U.S. entities, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger management.
- Lead the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate results aligned with company deadlines.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and internal reporting standards.
- Maintain and perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of key accounts.
- Collaborate daily with the Poland accounting team to ensure consistent application of accounting policies, intercompany reconciliations, and consolidated reporting.
- Apply ASC 606 and SaaS accounting principles for revenue recognition, contract review, and deferred revenue tracking.
- Support internal and external audits, providing schedules and analysis as needed.
- Utilize NetSuite ERP for journal entries, reporting, and process automation (experience strongly preferred).
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and control within the accounting function.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.Big 4 or Big 6 public audit background preferred.46+ years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in US GAAP.Prior experience with SaaS accounting and ASC 606 revenue recognition required.Specifically supported operational accounting for $50100M in net new ARR growth during tenure; understands what 'good' looks like in a $100M+ ARR business.NetSuite experience highly preferred.Experience working in a global or cross-border environment, ideally coordinating with international accounting teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Must reside within 34 hours of New York City for occasional in-person collaboration.What We Offer
