• Rimrock Trails pays a premium for therapists who are competent to provide integrated co-occurring disorders therapy, recognizing the clinical complexity, advanced education level and training required to be dually credentialed as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or those who are licensed and have at least 60 hours in substance use disorder education.
• Bilingual skills preferred; Rimrock Trails pays a premium for employees who can conduct business in Spanish and provide certification of a language proficiency test approved by the Oregon Health Authority that meets a proficiency level of "High Intermediate".

POSITION OVERVIEW : Outpatient Counselors provide high-quality clinical treatment services tailored to individual needs, incorporating the latest research and evidence-based practices, while assisting clients in successfully completing their treatment. Outpatient Counselors maintain a minimum of 20 billable services per week as part of the expected clinical hours and deliver treatment in accordance with ethical standards and Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs). Outpatient Counselors also foster a therapeutic environment where staff collaboratively determine the most effective clinical approach and act as a representative of the Rimrock Trails mission both on and off the work site.
