LHH is excited to be working with our Silicon Valley client in the Life Sciences space to recruit a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team on a 6+ month contract basis. This is a part-time role scheduled to be about 30 hours per week, and will be onsite in their San Jose office three days weekly. This role will support a high-performing digital marketing team as an advocate for content needs in marketing automation, social media campaigns and web content optimization. You will work in Marketo to align campaigns and content, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams to drive cohesion in digital marketing projects, aid in reporting in Salesforce and Marketo, and perform similar tactical functions. To be a fit, you should bring 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing within the Life Sciences space. Experience in Marketo or similar automation platforms, Salesforce or similar CRMs and strong project coordination skills are required.

This is a 6+ month contract role and will be hybrid in their office 3+ days weekly on specific days to work with the team, so consistent commuting to San Jose will be required. This role is estimated to be 30 hours per week, and the way this time is split between days and hours is flexible. You will :

• Support a high-performing, B2B digital marketing team by tackling a variety of support tasks and campaign management duties
• Aid in preparing automated email campaigns in Marketo, aligning content with campaign goals
• Work with social media team members to aid in content calendar management, scheduling and optimization for campaigns in Hootsuite
• Serve as a project coordinator for the team as needed, working cross-functionally between digital, design, content and similar teams to ensure campaign assets are organized, aligned and prepared for deployment
• Partner with department staff and leaders to support other work in web content management, campaign optimization and similar, as needed
