Job Title : Facilities and Production Technician

Reports To : Processing Manager

Salary Range : $20-22 / hour

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

The Facilities and Production Technician will play a critical role in the cannabis production process by ensuring the accurate and compliant packaging of cannabis products, assisting with the drying process, as well as assisting with basic construction and maintenance projects around campus from time to time. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and adherence to all regulatory guidelines, along with a working knowledge of basic tools and power tools (hammer, drill, etc.). Forklift operation will be necessary with this role, so prior experience or certification is highly desirable.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Weigh and measure cannabis products accurately and precisely
• Assemble and package cannabis products into various types of containers, such as jars, bags, boxes, cartridges, or syringes, and apply appropriate labels and seals to finished products
• Operate automated and semi-automated packaging equipment
• Operate forklifts to aid the drying process and / or move equipment around campus
• Assist with post-harvest activities (drying, bucking, trimming, etc.)
• Perform quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Assist with construction and / or facility maintenance projects on campus or on the farms (off-site)
• Maintain accurate records of packaging activities as required by the Company and / or regulatory agencies
• Assist in managing inventory levels by ensuring accurate counts of finished products
• Adhere to strict safety and sanitation standards in the packaging area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Other duties as assigned
